Warranty Coverage

At VistaPro Garage Coatings, we pride ourselves on delivering durable floor coating systems that last. When installed by VistaPro, your floor is warranted for as long as you own your home, starting from the original purchase date, against failure to bond to the concrete. Any issues or questions regarding your floor must be directed to VistaPro Garage Coatings. We are the sole authority for addressing warranty claims or repairs. To maintain your warranty, notify us within 30 days of discovering any issue, retain your original sales order and receipt, and complete the warranty registration within 10 days of purchase. Claims must be submitted directly to VistaPro, and we will inspect the floor within 30 days to determine the appropriate course of action.

Repair Coverage

The warranty covers the cost of replacement materials to repair areas that fail due to material defects. Repairs must use VistaPro Garage Coatings materials and be completed after a thorough inspection. This warranty does not cover the costs of investigating leaks, repairing substrates, or replacing damaged furnishings or materials. Repaired areas may show slight differences in color or texture, which is normal and does not affect performance or durability.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by structural movement, unforeseen moisture, natural disasters, or improper use of the floor. Heavy or sharp objects, such as motorcycle kickstands or weight benches, must be avoided by using protective measures like rubber mats. Chemical spills must be cleaned immediately to prevent damage. Substrate movement, existing cracks, or defective drainage systems are also excluded. If a customer hires another company to perform work or modifies the floor without prior approval, the warranty is voided. If the floor is intentionally damaged, the warranty is immediately lost. Only VistaPro representatives are authorized to assess and perform work under warranty.

Early Use Warning

No one should walk on the newly coated floor before the allowed return time. Doing so will result in the immediate loss of warranty for the affected areas. Furthermore, heavy furniture, appliances, vehicles, or weighted items should not be placed on the floor until at least 24 hours have passed after the project’s completion, unless a longer cure time has been discussed. Moving heavy items or vehicles before the recommended cure time will result in the loss of warranty for those affected areas.

Customer Property Responsibility

VistaPro Garage Coatings is not responsible for any damage caused by weather, including rain, to personal belongings moved outside during the project. It is the customer’s responsibility to protect and manage their belongings during the project. VistaPro will not be involved in recovering, replacing, or repairing items affected by weather or external conditions.

Safety

VistaPro Garage Coatings provides slip-resistance additives for wet, oily, or greasy areas; however, no coating guarantees complete prevention of slip-and-fall incidents. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure ongoing safety, and VistaPro does not accept liability for injuries resulting from such incidents.

Liability

VistaPro Garage Coatings is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including inconvenience, loss of use, or damage to surrounding property. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of replacement materials for defective coatings. No additional warranties, either express or implied, are offered.

Agreement

This warranty serves as the sole and exclusive agreement between VistaPro Garage Coatings and the original purchaser, superseding any prior warranties or representations. For concerns, questions, or warranty-related issues, please contact VistaPro Garage Coatings directly.

Disclaimer: VistaPro Garage Coatings specializes in coating existing concrete surfaces to enhance their appearance and minimize visible imperfections. However, we do not offer concrete repair services. Variations in your concrete surface, such as uneven areas or irregular textures, will remain to some extent. The only effective method to correct these issues is through a concrete overlay, a service that VistaPro does not provide. VistaPro Garage Coatings uses strong liquid materials during the application process. Any odor associated with these materials is not the responsibility of VistaPro Garage Coatings. If discomfort or sickness occurs due to the odor or chemicals, VistaPro is not liable. Proper ventilation should be used during and after the application to reduce exposure.
